The working time of our Sales & Support Team is 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (GMT+7) and 8.00am - 12.00pm on Saturday (GMT+7). So, if you email us or submit a ticket for us out of this working time, we are really sorry that we will be not able to respond you as soon. Especially if you submit ticket at weekend, please be patient, we will respond to you right when we are back to office on Monday (GMT+7).

For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately.

For technical or product's issues, please try to provide us as much information as possible so that we can solve the problem for you in the shortest time:

  • Your order information: Order Number and Serial Key of the product that you purchased at CRM4Ecommerce.COM;
  • FTP Account and Admin information (recommended). In case you have troubles with crm extension, let provide us more CRM Admin information;
  • Screenshots / Screencasts;
  • Description of the errors.

Another note is that the maximum size of a file attachment is 15MB.
